What is Synthflow?
Synthflow's AI voice agents answer inbound calls and place outbound calls. They resolve routine requests end to end, read and update the CRM, help desk or calendar during the call, and transfer the caller to a person with the full transcript when the caller needs one (synthflow.ai).
Synthflow is built for phone calls first. Its chat agents work on SMS and WhatsApp in US workspaces, and on web chat in all regions (synthflow.ai).
Who is Synthflow for?
Synthflow is built for upper mid-market and enterprise teams that deploy AI voice agents for customer calls, and every new deployment starts on an Enterprise contract (Pricing).
Its customers are contact centers, BPOs and multi-location brands in these industries:
How many calls does Synthflow handle?
Synthflow handles 1M+ calls daily for 100+ enterprise customers, with 99.99% uptime (synthflow.ai).
How is Synthflow sold and priced?
Synthflow is sold as an annual enterprise agreement, scoped to your call volume, phone system, integrations, security needs and launch support. It has no free plan or trial and no rate by the minute (Pricing).
The agreement covers call concurrency and routing, telephony, integrations, security and procurement (MSA and DPA support, an enterprise security review), support terms and, where included, launch support. Synthflow publishes no list price: its team prices each deployment after a scoping call (Pricing).
Does Synthflow run its own telephony?
Yes. Synthflow runs its own session border controllers (SBCs) and media infrastructure, and manages routing and capacity in-house (Telephony).
Customers keep their numbers. Numbers can come from Synthflow, from a connected Twilio account, or from an existing carrier, PBX or contact center over SIP trunking (Telephony). For every call, Synthflow shows the SIP signaling and a downloadable packet capture (SIP call ladder).
How do contact-center platforms and phone systems connect?
| Platform | How it connects | Source |
|---|---|---|
| Five9 | Synthflow is an accredited AI provider in Five9's AI Agent Connect program. The Five9 workflow sends a call to a Synthflow voice agent, which hands it back with what it learned. | Five9 integration |
| Zoom Phone and Zoom Contact Center | The SynthflowAI app on the Zoom App Marketplace. Zoom routes inbound calls to the Synthflow virtual agent, in US-region workspaces. | Zoom integration |
| RingCentral | RingCentral RingCX has a native integration that Synthflow engineering builds, tests and supports. | RingCX guide |
| 8x8 | A native integration that Synthflow engineering builds, tests and supports. | 8x8 integration |
