The Synthflow Story
Synthflow was founded in Berlin in 2023 with a focus on one problem: how to turn AI agents into systems that work reliably in real business environments.
We began with voice, solving the latency, telephony, and infrastructure challenges required to run human-like conversations in production. Over time, the platform expanded to support chat-based agents, enabling enterprises to automate conversations across channels without rebuilding their tech stack.
