Matt Alexander, Synthflow's new VP of Channel and Alliances

Synthflow AI has appointed Matt Alexander as Vice President of Channel and Alliances. Matt brings extensive experience building high-growth partner programs for industry-leading CX and AI companies, supporting Synthflow as it accelerates its global expansion.

Alexander joins Synthflow with a proven track record of driving channel revenue and strategic growth. At Vonage, he played a pivotal role in architecting the global go-to-market partner strategy. By managing a diverse portfolio of distributors and strategic alliances, including AWS, his leadership drove significant incremental revenue and contributed to the company's $6.2 billion acquisition by Ericsson. 

Following his success at Vonage, Alexander served as a Strategic Advisor at Glia, where he built a Technology Services Distributor partner program from the ground up and established the company as a preferred CX provider in the financial services sector.

In his new role at Synthflow, Matt leads the development and execution of the company's global partner strategy. He is focused on accelerating U.S. and international growth by building high-impact programs that empower partners to lead in the rapidly evolving AI-driven CX landscape.
