Earlier this week, we announced our $20M Series A, led by Accel, with continued support from Singular and Atlantic Labs. I had the chance to join Bloomberg TV to talk about what this round means—for Synthflow, our customers, and the future of voice.
You can watch the full interview below, but I wanted to take a moment here to reflect on where we’re headed—and why we’re still so early in this journey.
We live in a world where AI has transformed how we write, code, and collaborate. But somehow, phone calls—the most direct channel to customers—have been left behind. Most enterprises still rely on voice systems that were built for a pre-AI era.
Synthflow was built to change that.
We’ve spent the last two years building the Voice AI OS:
“We didn’t build a chatbot with a voice. We built AI-first telephony infrastructure—something that sounds human, runs reliably, and fits into real-world systems.”
And we’re just getting started.
With this new capital, we’re focused on:
In the interview, I was asked whether AI would replace call center jobs. It’s a valid question—but it misses the bigger picture.
What we’re seeing already is that new roles are emerging: Heads of AI, managers of AI agent workforces, teams combining automation with human creativity.
“AI won’t replace people. It’ll change what they do—and give them more time to focus on the things that actually require judgment, empathy, and ingenuity.”
We’re not here to replace humans. Our technology automates routine tasks so people can focus on the work only humans can do.
To everyone building with us: thank you for the belief, the feedback, and the push to make this better every day.
At Synthflow, we’re building infrastructure for what voice can be—not just what it’s been.
